User-Provided Information. You may provide to WRS what is generally called “personally identifiable” information in connection with Your use of the Site, such as Your name, email address, postal mailing address, telephone number, fax number, etc.

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), WRS will never knowingly request information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without requiring parental consent, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under thirteen (13).
