Using our Virtual Waiting Room, a patient can check-in to their appointment, update their demographical information as well as submit a complete system review prior to the virtual exam. Collecting this information prior allows more time to spend with the patient during the online appointment.

Ensure Payment by Patients and Insurers:

Our integrated system allows patients to make online payments of copays and balances due prior to their encounter. In addition, physicians can chart during or after the online appointment to ensure documentation is generated within the EHR; facilitating claim submissions for reimbursement.
