WRS Health Welcomes New Medical Practice Management Consultant

WRS Health is pleased to announce that Inglish Maffitt, MBA, CDIP, has joined our team as a Medical Practice Management Consultant. Maffitt will work within our Account Management department while also helping expand the operational support available to our clients.

Maffitt brings extensive experience from medical and behavioral health settings. Her career has focused on strengthening practice operations, improving documentation workflows, and leading EMR training initiatives. She previously served as an Associate Director of Operations in an FQHC and PCMH environment, where she oversaw onboarding, documentation processes, training development, and team supervision.

She has supported a wide range of specialties, including Family Medicine, Psychiatry, OBGYN, Dermatology, MAT, and Ophthalmology/Optometry, and has hands-on expertise in workflow redesign, documentation quality review, and EMR optimization.

In her new role, Maffitt will partner with WRS clients to streamline workflows, strengthen day-to-day operations, and support documentation and training needs. As she begins working with our clients, she emphasized what motivates her work:

Her key areas of expertise include:

  • Workflow assessment and redesign
  • EMR training, optimization, and implementation support
  • Staff onboarding, coaching, and performance development
  • Clinical documentation quality and compliance monitoring
  • Knowledge of coding compliance and payer requirements
